7-day full refund

Pick a plan, keep the price

Rendering, transcription and storage cost real money, so there is no free cloud tier. What there is instead: a 7-day full refund, no exit survey.

How credits work

Credits are charged by actual usage; a typical message is about 1 credit. Rendering never costs credits.

The fine print
Credits roll over
Your monthly credits stay good for 60 days, and topped-up packs for 12 months. We spend the ones expiring soonest first, so nothing quietly evaporates while a newer batch sits unused.
You only pay for work that ran
If a message never reaches the model — a failed start, no credits — nothing is charged at all. If it does run and then fails partway, you pay only for the part that actually ran, never for the whole message.
No surprises before you send
Every message shows an estimate before you press send, based on what your recent messages actually cost, and the exact amount right after it finishes. Short messages cost less; a long one that rewrites a whole scene costs more.
Only the agent spends them
Rendering and transcription come out of your monthly minutes instead. When credits hit zero the agent pauses, and the editor keeps working exactly as before.

Questions worth asking first

Is there a free tier?

Yes: self-hosting. The whole editor — timeline, MCP server, all 39 tools, auto-captions, rendering — runs free on your own machine, no account, no limits. The cloud adds hosted rendering, transcription, storage, a Remote MCP endpoint, and the advanced caption + motion-graphics layer.

What is BYO-Claude?

Bring Your Own Claude: every plan gets a Remote MCP endpoint you paste into Claude Desktop, Claude Code or any MCP client. Claude then edits your cloud projects with the same tools the in-app agent uses, billed by Anthropic to your own account rather than in credits. Set the connector up once and you are done.

How do you count a credit?

By what the message actually cost us to run, marked up and rounded to a tenth of a credit, with a small minimum per message. A quick tweak lands near the minimum; a message that makes Claude split ten clips and re-caption a whole scene costs more. You see an estimate before you send and the exact amount right after. Rendering and transcription never touch your credit balance.

What if I run out of render minutes?

Rendering pauses for the rest of the billing period — nothing is deleted and the editor stays fully usable. You can upgrade and pick up immediately, since a mid-cycle upgrade gives you the new allowance right away, or simply wait for the next cycle to reset it. We do not auto-charge overage.

How does the refund work?

Email us within seven days of paying and we refund the whole thing, no reason required. The account then goes read-only for 30 days: the agent and rendering stop, but the dashboard keeps working so you can download your footage and exports before they expire.

How long do you keep my footage?

For as long as you are subscribed, plus 30 days after you cancel — the dashboard shows the countdown, so nothing disappears without warning. Beyond that, we keep only the newest three exports per project, and derived files (proxies, caption cards) from projects untouched for 30 days get cleared and rebuilt on demand.

Still deciding?

Run the open-source build tonight for nothing. If it earns a place in your workflow, the cloud is here — and the seven days start whenever you are ready.
