7-day full refund

Pick a plan, keep the price

Rendering, transcription and storage cost real money, so there is no free cloud tier. What there is instead: a 7-day full refund, no exit survey.

7-day money-back guarantee

Not what you hoped for? Ask within seven days and you get the whole payment back, no questions and no exit survey. Your account drops to read-only for 30 days so you can still download everything you made.

How credits work

1 credit = one message to the AI. Deep mode (Opus) is 3. Rendering never costs credits.

The fine print
Credits roll over
Your monthly credits stay good for 60 days, and topped-up packs for 12 months. We spend the ones expiring soonest first, so nothing quietly evaporates while a newer batch sits unused.
Failures refund themselves
An API error, a timeout, or an agent that says outright it could not finish — that credit goes straight back to your ledger. You are never charged for a message that did not land.
Never effort-based
We will never bill by tokens burned or by how hard the model decided to think. One message is one credit, and you see the cost before you press send.
Only the agent spends them
Rendering and transcription come out of your monthly minutes instead. When credits hit zero the agent pauses, and the editor keeps working exactly as before.

Questions worth asking first

Is there a free tier?

Yes: self-hosting. The whole editor — timeline, MCP server, all 36 tools, auto-captions, rendering — runs free on your own machine, no account, no limits. The cloud adds hosted rendering, transcription, storage, a Remote MCP endpoint, and the advanced caption + motion-graphics layer.

What is BYO-Claude?

Bring Your Own Claude: every plan gets a Remote MCP endpoint you paste into Claude Desktop, Claude Code or any MCP client. Claude then edits your cloud projects with the same tools the in-app agent uses, billed by Anthropic to your own account rather than in credits. Set the connector up once and you are done.

How do you count a credit?

By the message you send, not by what happens after it. One message is one credit; a deep-mode message on Opus is three. A single message might make Claude split ten clips, re-caption a scene and re-render a preview — still one credit. Rendering and transcription never touch your credit balance.

What if I run out of render minutes?

Rendering pauses for the rest of the billing period — nothing is deleted and the editor stays fully usable. You can upgrade and pick up immediately, since a mid-cycle upgrade gives you the new allowance right away, or simply wait for the next cycle to reset it. We do not auto-charge overage.

How does the refund work?

Email us within seven days of paying and we refund the whole thing, no reason required. The account then goes read-only for 30 days: the agent and rendering stop, but the dashboard keeps working so you can download your footage and exports before they expire.

How long do you keep my footage?

For as long as you are subscribed, plus 30 days after you cancel — the dashboard shows the countdown, so nothing disappears without warning. Beyond that, we keep only the newest three exports per project, and derived files (proxies, caption cards) from projects untouched for 30 days get cleared and rebuilt on demand.

Still deciding?

Run the open-source build tonight for nothing. If it earns a place in your workflow, the cloud is here — and the seven days start whenever you are ready.
